Here are simple steps to help you burn belly fat.
• Adopt healthy eating habits (no foods high in sugar and fatty foods, including alcohol…period)

• Stay consistent in your workouts (workout at least 3 times a week, doing more is even better)

Now that you have a leaner body, workouts that concentrate on building and strengthening your abdominal muscles is suggested. Do remember though, to continue to remain consistent and also continue to do cardio at least 2-3 times a week, while working on your abdominal training every other day. Another important tip is to never stop eating healthy, because once you do; it’ll be very challenging to start all over again.
