Many are also turning to hypnosis in their efforts to quit smoking. For example, a hypnotist may plant the recommendation that a craving for a cigarette makes you physically sick, so that each time you think about smoking, you feel queasy or upset. This helps you to walk away from smoking for good, since it’s no longer an enjoyable experience for you.
