Although there are many different opinions, I truly believe that the answer is yes and no. Anxiety or panic can be the result of many factors including, a brain pattern or way of thinking passed down from generations, genetic, conditioning or situational. Regardless of where your anxiety or panic came from, you can fix it now with Panic Away and live an anxiety free life.

Inherited risk factors such as biological causes, or childhood circumstances, conditioning, trauma and continual stress in adolescence all have the ability to set the stage for potential panic and anxiety problems. Reports have said that if anxiety runs in your family you may have a higher chance of getting it as well.

You are more likely to develop panic or anxiety disorder if your personality is predisposed to be more excitable, reactive or anxious. There are other factors also.

Experts also relate it to conditioning. If your parents had a fearful attitude about everything while you were growing up, that could also make you very fearful later in life. If they had high standards or were perfectionists it could make you more critical about yourself which could lead to a fearful view of the world and a doubtful, anxious personality. If they were over protective and taught you that the world is a dangerous place that can cause you to have excessive worry and anxiety.

Regardless of how your anxiety or panic started, you can fix it now and live an anxiety free life. Stop avoiding your fears, confront your anxiety and put in all your effort to do the work that needs to be done. I’ve now experienced freedom from all that anxiety entails, I was a former anxiety sufferer for over a decade but with Panic Away I learned to overcome it and I’m confident it will help you too.

You don’t have to keep living with your anxiety or panic attacks, Panic Away written by a long time anxiety sufferer has the key to conquering anxiety and panic attacks and after trying different things throughout the years this is the only thing that’s worked.
