Some people are concerned about taking anti-anxiety medication when Coping With Panic Attacks. By tapping on the body’s meridian points EFT can help balance energy flow and disruptions. For some, this might sound like a pie in the sky technique that won’t work. People who practice EFT will tell you that the body is connected to the mind.
